Human Performance Technology
The ISPI provides a recognised certification in human performance technology, Certified Performance Technologist (CPT).  Human performance technology is the systematic and systemic identification and removal of barriers to individual and organisational performance.  It uses a wide range of disciplines including behavioural psychology, organisational development and human resource management and development.

Certified Performance Technologist (CPT)
The International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) has developed a program through which individuals can apply to receive the designation of Certified Performance Technologist (CPT).  This credential is achieved through an independent assessment of the practitioner's professional ability, and provides a set of standards and criteria that distinguish practitioners who have proven they can produce results through a systematic process.
