Profiling - Psychometric Tests

"There are no bad jobs, just the wrong people doing them"

PASport is a psychological profiling tool to identify an individual's profile in terms of four primary traits, Conformity, Dominance, Extroversion and Patience, and the likely impact of these on performance in specific roles.  These traits represent 50-70% of a person's style.

Using PASport, we can help you to fill that vacancy and hire the right person the first time around.  We can work with you to develop a profile that would represent the "ideal candidate".  This can be done quite rapidly and we can then test candidates against this template and report to you on the gaps and matches.

All resources are in Adobe Acrobat Format.

PASport can also be used with existing staff members to consider their suitability for new roles, finding the right composition for the membership of teams, and also as a guide for Line Managers and Team Leaders in understanding what is likely to motivate or de-motivate particular individuals.

The person to be profiled can complete the survey instrument in 10-15 minutes, and from this we provide you with a report detailing -

The person's dominant trait and the interaction of this with other traits

The likely impact of these traits on job performance

A comparison against the profile of your "ideal candidate"

A set of interview questions specifically designed to probe potential weaknesses associated with the gaps between the individual's profile and that of the "ideal candidate"

Potential motivating and de-motivating factors for this person

PASport is being used successfully in a variety of cultures and countries including Australia, Belgium, Brazil, France, Italy, Japan, Korea and the USA.

We also arrange other psychometric testing to respond to the specific needs of our clients.
